A Single Rose

I’m excited to post this card and share how I did that rose, but… I’m afraid that I’ll just have to update this post later because I don’t have a lot of time. (*** Update: this post is now updated, LOL! Just scroll down.***) This card is for Ann’s challenge this week at The Paper Players, which is Clean and Simple floral theme. I like how Ann says that if it’s CAS to you, then it’s CAS to us – that is my kind of definition, LOL!

The papers I used for this card are all Bazzill except for the sentiment – I used GP card stock for the sentiment, printed Leo Buscaglia’s quote using Caslon5405SwaD font, then paper-pierced the border using this pattern from Gem’s Cottage.

STUNNING! I thought this was a real rose when I saw it in the gallery! Just beautiful! So happy that you played with us this week!
